What does "static BC" mean?
Does that just mean it is calculated, not proven by shooting them and considering the results?

IMHO, static BC is a mathematical equasion between weight and diameter (sectional density) and the form factor.
IMHO, dynamic BC is all things concidered and proven over firing tests. Velocity, bore quality, bullet stability, air density etc...will all come into play for the REAL WORLD BC.

So "static BC" would still need a drag model for comparison?
