So I was at my local gun shop over the weekend and got to handle a Springfield 2020 Waypoint rifle for the first time. I instantly fell in love. Also, the reviews on this rifle all seem to say this gun is amazing. However, much to my dismay, it is only offered in short action chamberings. To the Springfield reps or anyone else in the know: are there any plans in the works to offer this rifle in .300 win mag or .300 PRC? This gun has been out for 2 years now. I'd be surprised if they weren't working on this. Seems like Springfield is missing out on a huge market for a great rifle.
