Legally Jon is right.. as anything with a rangefinding reticle is restricted for export. I also have done it but will not ask someone to do it. If someone offers to send it then OK.. But I won't ask them to put their livelyhood at risk.

Jon.. I dunno if I can wait til June for the scope.. But maybe in the market for another one by that time.

Actually it is any riflescope. If retailers are sending you scopes to Canada without the necessary paperwork, they are breaking Canadian and US Laws. This can be fined up to $10,000 each scope if caught.
