Son's 477 yard shot

We made our annual trek to Bruce Ranch near Newcastle Wyoming last week for mulies and antelope. The blizzard added a few hours to our trip as we had to come up from I80 but we made it.

My 13 year old son made another great shot with his 260 remmy. One shot at 477 yards with 140 VLDS put a BIG hole in this goat.

A 477 yard shot on the small kill zone of an antelope is better shooting while hunting than I have ever done, or have ever seen done.

And a 13 year old doing it makes it seem all the more impressive.
