Check out my ladder stand about 12-15 yds behind him. I sat in that stand all day on the 11th, packed the sd card out with me and about cried when I viewed it.

Okay, I see the stand, not to be philosophical but sometimes your the bug and sometimes your the windshield, it just wasn't your day , you'll get him eventually

That deer showed up 12-15 yds in front of my stand at 7:05 am the day before opening day.

it is amazing to me how the big boy deer just seem to disappear the day the season opens. I think they get a copy of the hunting season calendar. I would definitely be in that stand for days on end praying that he might show up again.

Not from my house no. From the stand in the back ground? Yes, perfect shooting lane, problem was, I was not in the stand until 5:30ish am the next day, opening day. I pulled that sd card on my way home.
