When a scope loses its zero when it is dropped(in this case wind-age and elevation) can the scope be re-centered inside or do you loose that adjustment forever?
It all depends upon how severe the damage is. If only knocked off zero, but no catastrophic damage you will be ok.
I would re-zero and shoot it , dial a box pattern and see how it tracks.
If it is not satisfactiory or if you are not certain send it in for repair.
There is nothing worse than having to worry about the integrity of a scope on a big hunt.
