Scope recommendation for new rifle

I recently got an MOA Rifles Extreme Hunter and looking to scope it with something different so I figured I would see what others like.

Wants:
-FFP
-Milrad
- Reticle that allows some wind holds but not sure I want a full tree.
- 3-5x on low end and 20-25x upper end

budget ideally would be around $2000 and lightly used doesn't bother me.

so what recommendations do you guys have?

You can get a used ATACR for that.

You can get a used ATACR for that.

due to my work I can get a new Atacr for under that, just never played with one yet.
