Piriformis stretches work, there about 7-8 different ones dependent upon your specific condition. They WORK. I did them several times a day even at work.
Inversion tables can work. DO NOT GO 180° upside down. The ads you see are BS. Full inversion is DANGEROUS. A slow gradual stretch is what is needed for proper piriformis stretches. Time on table is shorter than most people understand. Teeter makes one of the bests.
