Anyone used rl 16 with 143 eldx or 140 nosler c.c.? I'm thinking of starting at 41gr? Not finding alot of load data.

You'll probably like RL19 or 23 even better. RL 19 is growing on me in a hurry for both the .260 and .375R.
The .260 case seems a bit small for 23/26. My velocities with 19 were a substantial improvement over those I was getting with RL15 and H4350.

Thanks. Not sure if you ever tried it but RL26 gives a bit lower pressure, higher velocity and a more complete burn then RL19 with same case fill. Not saying it will give you better accuracy in your rifle, just saying it isn't to much for the case.

Thanks.
I tried it, I just kept running out of case with RL23 and RL26. While you're running numbers what does it show you for RL 23?
I'd have to go next door to dig up my more recent loads and it's 7 degrees outside with a pretty sharp wind but I can get my numbers later when it gets back up into the balmy 20's. HA!
I am running over 43 gr out of mine pushing a Berger 140 Hybrid at 2876 fps from a 22" Bartlein Suppressed. I have swapped 4 different calibers to the RL 16 and picked up speed with each. Its my Go to
Powder
Here is QL data on RL16 with 143 ELD-X seated to 2.800" using Hornady Case with 24" barrel / would need more info on your set up to give more accurate load data.
I would start low 39 gr and work up.
Not sure if it helps you, I have not personally used RL16.

Are you running a small firing pin or a standard sized pin?Just worked up a load today using RL-16 and Hornady 143 gr. ELDX in 6.5 Creedmoor (small primers). I'd say these numbers are pretty darn close. I started piercing primers at 42.5 gr. and was piercing consistently at 43.5 so I stopped. To bad because accuracy started coming in at the top. I'm going to retest 42.0 grains which is as high as I dare go.
