Ring height??? Vortex AMG to APS .338 allen xpress

Hi everyone, first time post...
I am trying to mate a new to me recently purchased from a member APS .338 allen Express w/ BAT HR to a Vortex AMG 6-24x50 30mm tube.

I am leaning towards NF Ultra Light 6 screw 30mm rings but I am unsure on the height and I can't find any local. Either Low or Medium. I am thinking low will work.
I am wondering if anyone here has the same setup.

Scope ring heights differ between manufacturers. Low for one will not measure the same as low for another. You should be able to find ring height on the manufacturers website. I would set the scope on it's base using playing cards to determine the desired clearance for objective and scope cover. Measure the set of cards. Find a set of rings to match.

Great idea, I will try that. I don't want to order the wrong rings and then have to send them back.
