Rem 700 Bolt

I have a couple of newbie questions (I did some searching and came up empty):

1) I have an Rem 700 SPS Bolt (Matte rough black) that I would like jewelled, is this possible?

2) Is the Sako extractor worth getting done?

3) If yes to these, anybody know a gunsmith I can send my bolt to who can do this?

jeweling can be easily done. the sako is up for debate but if there isn't anything wrong with the extraction i wouldn't bother with it. as for smith's take your pic there's a bunch on here
