Reloading problem with bullet coming out loose...worked fine last year, don't know what changed

Hi guys. Just wanted to close the loop and say thanks for all your help. I was able to get the neck tension i was looking for. I annealed my brass and ordered a smaller mandrel from lee precision that was .3055. That got me what i needed. Thx
