Redding neck sizer w bushing decapping pin

I can't figure out how to remove the decapping pin (this version has the micrometer). I have loosened the Allen screw in the head/top and cannot get it to unscrew. Anyone can talk me through this?

loosened the Allen screw

There could be a lead ball in front of the Allen screw? The lead gets smashed in, but stays there when the screw is removed.

The lead ball (shot) was used by RCBS, on the lock rings, many years ago.
