Hornady decapping pin question.

I have a set of Hornady dies and I'm trying take out the decapping pin. Normally it spins right off but this one is not moving. Any good way to get it off without marking up the expander ball? I thought about soaking it in something to help loosen it up but I thought I would check if someone had a trick.

Put a couple of drops of Kroil on it for a few hours, if gunked up. Then clean with alcohol. Then wrap both ends with leather and grab with pliers and twist. Should come off no problem.
