RCBS Chargemaster Lite Keyboard(touch pad) Won't Work

I went to load up a couple rounds to test in my new hybrid this morning and the darn keyboard won't function. I pushed all the buttons on the pad and nothing. Had the wife do the same, nothing. Power button works and everything looks normal. Haven't contact rcbs yet. Have had great luck with their CS in the past.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Unplugged for a minute, then plugged it back in and it worked fine. Tried unplugging the first couple times, but never let it sit without power. Hope my problem helps someone else

I did that several times but needed to give it more " down time" .
