Preferred seat depth, 6.5 Hornady 140 ELD M

Anyone have a favorite seat depth for this bullet?

Anywhere from .016 to .022 off L/G.

The ELDs are not really jump sensitive and can be jumped a long way and still be accurate. I usually load them at .020" off but also shoot factory ammo which is about .070" off and they shoot great too. Like the AMAX before then don't mind a jump so don't stress getting super close if you can't for mag or other reasons.

Always start at 20 with an eld anything unless mag restricted like the prc. For those I run 2.950 and send it. Never have issue with hornady
