Osprey along the Wenatchee River

Today I left the dog at home to concentrate on photographing the osprey, along the Wenatchee River, Washington:

Enjoyed a leisurely four mile walk, and got a few photos. It was a nice morning.

Beautiful birds no doubt. Beautiful, rugged area also. I used to live in the Tri-cities, specifically Richland, and would occasionally get over to Ellensburg. Never could make it much farther, as other guys covered those areas.
Thanks for those photos, they bring back wonderful memories.
