Open Feedrails

I have a Bergarra B-14 in 7mag. I'm wanting to open it to accept larger case like the 300 prc. What is the correct way to open the feed rails?

There is no need. PRC and belted are same diameter .532".
If you were going to a RUM, then there is a need.
