I would use the lowest rear sight Height front the center of the bore. (1/2 the barrel diameter at the rear sight location + the sight Height center line of the lowest blade.

Then take 1/2 the barrel diameter at the front sight location and add the amount needed to match the rear dimension. This should give you the height of the front sight needed.

I hope this makes sense because it is easier to do that tell someone.
