That image deserves a re-post! What an absolute beauty. My friend is a custom cabinet maker/trim carpenter and i've seen some of his work and it's right in line with this.... wood art perfection. There's just something extra about wood and all the attention, blood, sweat, and tears that go into polishing the coal away from the diamond.Did some final fit up and light assembly. Now I sent the stock off to get checkered. It will be several weeks before the shooting starts!

Thanks! Sent it off to Tim Smith-Lyon at classic checkering. He seems like a good guy, has a 12-week lead time right now, so I expect the stock back around the end of March, early April.
