New Redding Dies

I recently bought a new set of Redding FL reloading dies in 300 PRC. I tried to resize some brass and can't even get the brass 3/4 of the way into the die. Doesn't matter what kind of lube I am using. I even tried to get a brand new case to go through a full stroke and no go. My dies are cold and so is the brass, could this be the issue? Been reloading for years and have never run across this issue. Anything would be appreciated.

Both cold and won't go? Umm.... I believe I would next try getting the die warm and cold brass. Die expanded, brass not - it if will not go then, I would give Redding a call.
