Ok I bought a new tent this week. It's an MSR Nook and when I got it home and started setting it up I noticed that it didn't have any gup lines and tensioners. I called MSR and was told they don't sell that tent with guylines. To their credit they offered to send me some if I emailed a copy of my recite sence I felt like the tent should of come with them. What's up with this? Seems strange to me that they would sell the tent incomplete. Have any of had this happen? Is this now the norm?

Buy reflective Triptease guy lines and small Line-Loc tensioners for the best setup.
Be SURE to pre-make some guy lines for your storm guy-out areas so they are ready to use when a sudden storm blows in at O-dark thirty. (And have extra stakes or big rocks ready as well.) Usually storm guy-outs are on the sides of the tent near the middle.
