Bottom right looks promising, what was the variable in these 4 groups, charge weight? seating depth? Or was it just 4 groups and bottom right just happened to look good by pure chance?
No experience with hammer HBC, but a bit more information might help. Twist rate and elevation too.

Is your twist rate faster or same as Hammer advertises?
Most of my Hammer load development is one round/per grain increments up to pressure. Back off a grain and load ten. Five for the chrono and five to verify group. They have all been that easy.
What is your distance to the lands on this? I haven't had to play much with seating depth on these.

Thank your for the reply I should have notes on the target the one that looks the best is the lowest powder charge on the target. They were all the same powder charge.

Hammer states 1-8 minimum my barrel is 1-7.
On the target posted I'm 30 off with all the same powder charges. But Ive also been all over on seating depths and not much really changes.

Maybe push them a little deeper into the case, say .050" jump. Don't be afraid to push them faster. Hammers tend to shoot good close to the top.
The two on the right side are impacting basically the same. I would do the one round test up to pressure and see how it pans out. Give it some jump.

Another thing to try is crimp, the guys at hammer recommend crimping if you get inconsistent accuracy or SD. Hoping for the best for you brother.
If These bullets are like the HH & HHT line, they also need a good bit of engraving pressure. I wouldn't even try anything less than .050 and usually end up .050-.120 DTL. I'm talking same caliber size hole groups with these machined bullets.

I think they are pretty close to the same profile. I definitely could be loading them too long. I'll try this out.

Seat until the the middle or last (ie. closest to the nose) of the 3 drive band is in the neck, assuming both work inside your COL. IMO don't bother with seating depth testing on these because of the shape of the bearing surface with the two deep grooves. Basically don't let the end of the neck end up not touching the bearing surface.
I would then do what Shane said - pick the one seating depth, run up the charge weight to pressure. Back down and group test.

Mine require a crimp too. It was a dramatic improvement

I started crimping because I was concerned about the lack of bearing surface in the case and it coming loose. I have had that with Barnes in the past. Never had a Hammer come loose. Everyone said they saw better results. I am 50/50 on crimping. I would run it up and see how it does. Then crimp if you think you need it. One step at a time.
As QT said, use the last drive band in front of the ogive (in the valley). Looking at pics of all mine I have loaded for, most have all been there.
