Thank your for the reply I should have notes on the target the one that looks the best is the lowest powder charge on the target. They were all the same powder charge.Bottom right looks promising, what was the variable in these 4 groups, charge weight? seating depth? Or was it just 4 groups and bottom right just happened to look good by pure chance?
No experience with hammer HBC, but a bit more information might help. Twist rate and elevation too.
Hammer states 1-8 minimum my barrel is 1-7.Is your twist rate faster or same as Hammer advertises?
Most of my Hammer load development is one round/per grain increments up to pressure. Back off a grain and load ten. Five for the chrono and five to verify group. They have all been that easy.
What is your distance to the lands on this? I haven't had to play much with seating depth on these.

The two on the right side are impacting basically the same. I would do the one round test up to pressure and see how it pans out. Give it some jump.

I think they are pretty close to the same profile. I definitely could be loading them too long. I'll try this out.If These bullets are like the HH & HHT line, they also need a good bit of engraving pressure. I wouldn't even try anything less than .050 and usually end up .050-.120 DTL. I'm talking same caliber size hole groups with these machined bullets.
