Need Ideas for Custom cartridge holder for single shot

I've been keepin up with the new show on Sportsman channel called Long Range Reality. It's two man teams competing in various challenges. I like it a lot y'all should check it out if you haven't already. They use some pretty awesome equipment. Anyway

Some of the guys are using single shots. They all seem to have a homemade cartridge holder mounted right beside the port for easy and fast follow up shots. Let's see your setups and ideas!

We do some of that in our area; monthly tactical competition. Not only is the shooting a blast but the camaraderie is incredible.

Actually these guys are making cartridge holders located directly under or right in front of the chamber port so they can just grab a round and and insert it directly into the chamber

Yep that's it. I wonder if .375 Snipetac will fit

Oops, didn't see the .375 SnipeTac part.... Eek I don't know, maybe call/email them and ask about doing a custom order? Their site specifies .308 family up to 300WM.
