need help on reloading the 7mm rem mag

I've been reloading for a few years now and I know NOT to take one parsons word for it.

so I just got my self a new t3 in 7mm rem mag and its going on a MCS T4 stock with a NF F1 scope, foe some LR hunting on sambar.

could any one give me a few starting loads, I would like to use the 168 gr VLD and stick to the Australian ADI powders, having a bit of truble finding load data for the 168gr bullets.

My buddy shoots 66.3gr. of IMR4831with fed 215 primers, also using 168 Bergers.

Never heard of the ADI powders....But I can help with H1000 and 168 VLD's... Unfortunately it's too early in the morning and I can't remember my load, so I'll have to look when I get home this evening.
