Montana Rifle Company Comeback??

I had an MRC mdl 1999 in 7mm wsm back around 2008-2010. It was a good rifle and I was enamored with the controlled round feed but it was a bit on the heavy side, sent it out to a smith in spearfish South Dakota to have the barrel cut down to 23"s and had it fluted. Hunted with it and took one of my longest shots at 419 yards on a nice buck, eventually lost interest in it but in all reality, I thought my sons mdl 70 with crf was a much nicer and smoother cycling action, the MRC was a little on the rough side. I wish them luck in rebuilding

I've got a 1999 300 WSM at the smith getting smoothed up. Rifle is accurate but needed some fitting and polishing in couple places. Great concept and lots of nice features, it is fun to shoot in 300 WSM. Good to hear they are being made again.
