Id, looks very clean. That Boyd's is nice. Did you do anything to the trigger?

Can't do anything to the trigger other than have the sear polished. There are no aftermarket triggers for this model. The stock accutrigger does a good job though.

I like it very much looks awesome and a laminated stock with good bedding system can shoot very well as they are rigid and resist warping .
The only thing I would do if it was a bigger cartridge would be to move the front ring forward more and drop the anti cant level back . This will give the long objective housing more support . Probably not an issue on a 223.
The other thing is make sure you have a rigid connection between the bi-pod mount and the stock as slight movement here can spread the group slightly .
Nice work , post some three shot groups .

Bullet Bumper, I plan to get the action bedded. I was just excited to get the stock and eager to take it to the range. I appreciate your advice and after looking at it will move the ring as you suggested.
As to the three shot group......how about 5?

It does thank you. A few days ago a friend went chuck hunting with me and I spotted chucks at 487 yards. Three of them. Three shots later they were all dead. Love that gun.
