Paint and logger head done

Thought I would post this project up. I am not quite done yet but needed a little break from this project. Installed the loggerhead cheek riser and then came up a paint pattern I wanted to try out. Let me know what you think. Seems like there is an endless amount of ways pattern and colors to match.

Some stock features. Standard accustock with DBM
Loggerhead
Paint scheme
Cerakote clear coat
flush cups

Rifle
Savage 116
Schneider barrel 28.5" 8 twist

I know what you mean. I just got 3 tikka t3 lites to do and I'm a thinkin on what to go with.

Well, technically it is a sponge job. I do test patterns with different material until I come up with a pattern I like. I then use that pattern with the paint combo I like.

It shoots ok. .3 to .5. I have shot better with it but not consistently. I played with a ladder test last week but don't have a plan yet as to what to do with the results.
