Meostars vs Ultravid worth the upgrade?

For low light hunting and great glass, has anyone been able to compare these bino's? Specifically the 8x42 Meostars vs the 8x42 Leica Ultravid BL. The BL has the leather on the grips, sort of wrapped in leather. In other words, would the Ultravids be worth or a noticeable difference for the extra $600. These will be my only do all hunting binoculars for the next 5-10 yrs. Thank you!
