Not sure, just sharing the good news notification. I sent a query on 8 Oct 2019 and got the response today.

No problem for this Canadian to get matrix bullets. But sure hope the ITAR relax some items. Would sure be nice to buy stocks, barrel blanks etc without a import permit. Cut out the middle man. Good news for you guys. Took a long time! I heard about the new owner back this summer.

This is awesome! I've been rationing the last of my 160gr 6.5mms like a diabetic rationing insulin! LOL
