Mark V 340 WTHBY to 33 Nosler

As the title says, I have an older Mark V in 340 Bee that I'm looking at re barreling to a 20 inch 33 nosler. My concern is the feeding with that fatter case of the 33 nosler.

Any input on this would be great. Hoping to not go down a rabbit hole of modifying the gun.

This is one of those reasons where we use the cartridge drawings to help make those decisions before deciding on a choice. Gunsmiths consider all the points while amateurs often miss a few.

The feed rails on your Mark V will need to be opened slightly to accommodate the larger diameter of the 33 Nosler. There are a couple of ways to do this but any one will permanently change the rails.
