Get the Hornady max data for that bullet in the STANDARD 243 and use that as your START load. Work up until ejector marks or stiff bolt lift show, even if primers aren't flat, and back off 2 grains and call that your max. I find nearly every improved case, with some exceptions, to max out at around 150fps over the standard chambering. The 243 AI would be no different to this.
