Is it OK to build a magnum LRH rifle using a standard, (non-magnum), action?

Will standard actions hold up to the magnum pressures?

In most cases, yes, standard actions will handle magnum pressures. Most actions are built identically between standard and magnum. The only differenct is the bolt face itself.
