I've been on the lookout for a lighter weight magazine option for my XLR element 7wsm for a few years. I've read lots of the great custom items that are out there from Hawkins and Curtis and those all look great but don't really fit my needs in the chassis.

My rifle is a Savage so the stock options were a bit limited and then getting a WSM limits options for mags a tad more.

I have a 3 round accurate mag and it's great but weighs 4.54oz and in the magnesium chassis and on long hunting trips I wanted to save ounces.

Searching around I found a Canadian company (link below) that makes 4 and 6 round WSM 3D printed mags.

Didn't pay much. Maybe $30 per mag and then a bit more than normal for shipping to the states. Received today and they appear to function well. Lock up tight. And are lighter than advertised at 2.42oz and 3.08 oz respectively. Looks like they will handle loads about 2.93" long.

Objective achieved. Shaved some small
Weight. The funny things we find to tinker with in our quest to constantly improve our rifles.

Hope that helps some looking for similar. Appears they make stuff for a lot of factory actions as well (tikka, browning, etc).

I don't know the owner.

How are these holding up? I'm looking at these as a lightweight option for hunting, but not sure about the 3d printed quality.
I haven't had many days with them out. There were a few others I believe that snagged some. They may have more info.
