JP Tank vs. APA FB vs. Muscle Brake vs. Holland Radial vs. APS Painkiller ?

3 or 4 port Muscle Brake
Holland 1.240" Rad. Baff. QD Brake
APS 3 port Painkiller

Looking at them for a 7mm RUM. How do these compare to each other in terms of performance?

I know they are all great brakes. Looking for feedback from guys who have experience with more than one of them.

Have used the small pk and 3 port muscle on 7 mags. Med pk on 338 edge and lapua.
They all work incredible.

I had a painkiller on a 338 Allen mag. I currently have a 338 edge with muscle brake. Both are great for recoil reduction. It seems the muscle brake has less concussion than the painkiller but, I am burning 40+ Grs. less powder. Both are very easy to shoot.
