Around Idaho we all just get twine string from small hay bales. One size fits all & it's adjustable.
We call it "farmer bunjee".

That looks like pretty cool stuff. I like the Bungee cord pack-net set up and the plastic clips that allow you to clip on to a pack or tarp.
