Imr7828 300 Rum

Can you guys give me an accurate load with IMR 7828 for a 26'' 300 rum with 180AB's. Like to stay around 3250fps. This is for a buddy of mine. He already has the powder and bullets, and wants to use them up.

Try this link. They show some loads for a 180 grain 300 RUM. It is the IMR/Hodgdon web site and it looks like they list this load with a Speer SP bullet in 180 grain.
