IMR 8133 in a 338edge

Keep us posted. I am getting my edge this week and have H1000 loaded up. It's a 28" Broughton and plan was to run the 2800-2830 node like so many have. I'll be using the ADG brass.

Rhovee you can get in the 2800's with h1000 but at a price... brass takes a beating and it's over pressure. I also have a 28" barrel and 91gr h1000 is about topped out before you get pressure signs. I'm going to do more tests this week hopefully and I'll post it back in here.

What's your COAL? I will be around 4.1. Smith said mine will be around 93-93.5 grains

Mines 4.1 also with 300gr otms

That's interesting having that much difference in grains for same FPS. Maybe it's a faster lot. I have 88-94 grains loaded up with .5 increaments.

I'm running 300gr Berger elite hunter with 93gr of ADI ar2225 which is rebranded as Retumbo in the USA @ 2870fps in a 28" barreled edge. ES 14fps. OAL 4.010
