I screwed up 20 rounds. I need to pull bullets, dump powder, and de-cap unfred primers. Who makes the best bullet puller and how do I de-cap unfired primers? Thanks

Grip-N- Pull for bullet puller and just decap as when decapping spent brass.
I like the Hornady cam lock bullet puller the best. Get the collets for every caliber you load and you're set. Dump the powder and de-prime just like you would the spent primers.

Never for me, but you know about Murphy's law. Proceed with caution and care anytime when reloading.

If you just need to resize the brass just pull the decapping pin and get after it.
I used a kinetic hammer to pull bullets, just put something soft like a ear plug in the bottom so the nose of the bullet doesn't get messed up.
The collet types are great, I just haven't bought them yet
I've tried re-sizing primed brass after pulling bullets before, it frequently results in the primer being partially ejected. Then you can't get the brass out of the shell holder without removing the primer, you end up having to remove the primer anyway. Easier to just get them all out and be done with it. You might be able to just neck size them, but not full length sizing.

I use a Hornadys collett bullet puller, then clean out the catch tube on the press and catch the primers to be re used. I've tried the grip and pull and it appears my 72 year old grip isn't up to snuff. Will send it anyone who will pay shipping!

I pulled a bullet out of 280 rem to check what powder was in it, thought I would have to resize but the bullet went back in it as snug as when I pulled it. Usually I would at least neck size. Pulling bullets not something I do a lot of fortunately.
