Hunting with Ballistic Card

How do I make scope adjustments for shots that fall between increments of my range card?

The rest of the story:
I am going on an elk hunt this fall and have been really working to ensure I do everything I can to ensure success. I am shooting a 300 winmag, 210gr berger, 77gr H-100, nosler brass, cci 250 primer @ 2866. I developed my ballistics card and verified 100 yd, 200 yd, 300 yd, 400 yd, and 500 yd.

Punch the numbers into a ballistic ap and if needed adjust the velocity (maybe BC) until the ap drops and your actual drops are the same...then print it off in increments of 25 yards (or whatever you want) instead of 100.
