I would love to help you out on a red stag hunt either by guiding you or helping you with access/areas to hunt. have you got a trip planed to NZ allready?? I can guide you for Chamois,Tahr,Red Stag and feral pigs and goats.
In New Zealand we also have other deer species Fallow,Sika,Sambar,Rusa,Wapiti/Elk and Whitetail. These are found in small isolated areas.
