Pulled a bullet out of a 6.5 creedmoor Hornady Precision Hunter. Looks like they do some flash hole work in manufacturing process. Equivalent of deburring flash hole?

I don't see a chamfer, so would guess it is untouched.

But it's recessed around the flash hole. No?
I'm not seeing it. Pic is not that clear. Flash hole uniforming is very pronounced and noticeable.
Cut the base off and inspect closer if you're that curious.

The inside of the blank cup is stamped prior to drawing to cylindrical shape...many case brands are angled towards the flash hole. This looks deceptive when looking from above.
Again, I do not see ANY chamfer around the flash hole.
