Been reading about uniforming flash holes. Checking my brass , the older brass has an .080 hole, but the new brass hole is only .076. Do flash holes erode? In the interest of consistency, should I open the new brass to .080? That old brass is shot out, and the necks are splitting-could that be why the hole is bigger? It is Weatherby headstamped brass, which I believe is made by Norma, so it's good brass. Or was.

morning, I buy the weatherby original brass. I have found 2 boxes of
new original wbee brass the primer holes were smaller. I have a brass
prep station by RCBS that does the work for me. have not had
any problems. I shoot a 257, 7mm and 340 wbee mags. with no
problems. GBOT TUM
