Help!

Would appreciate a loading for the 90 gr. Berger/Sierra .224 bullet out of a 22/250 with 1-7 twist tube! Seems most shoot the slower twist/lighter bullets at nanosecond speeds but none have experience with the loading I need!

Never mind guys! I got it worked out! H4831SC works real fine!
