help with first br build parts list

Hi everyone I'm looking to get into competition shooting and Im seeking guidance on what parts to buy. Heres what I had in mind.

Panda action
bartlien 30" 6br barrel
stock ???
Panda rings
Jewl trigger
Nf scope unsure on the power

I'm looking for a veteran shooter around KC that wouldn't mind training me as well.
I'm wanting to start at 600 yard and work my way to 1000

Any advice on where local Missouri and Kansas competitions are would be appreciated as well.
