Help choosing an action

For a future build I am looking at:
280 Rem AI
Prefit barrel
Rem LA and Remage barrel or
Savage LA (110?) and profit.

Which action is better to choose? I like some of the aftermarket parts, like triggers, better for Rem 700 LA.

Does Rem LA benefit from blueprinting, especially with a profit barrel?
