Heavy varmint.

I have a chance to buy a Winchester heavy varmint in 243 for $625 out the door. Don't know anything about this gun ! Someone have info? Where these shooters?

Yes, they are shooters. The one I owned shot 55-95 gn pills under .5MOA with ease. Mine liked the heavier side (80-95 gn) the most, with groups running .1 - .2". It was a Win70 SA HVB and with that barrel, recoil was nil. The stock trigger is fully adjustable and is about as good as it gets on a factory rifle, IMO. The stock appeared to be HS Precision with aluminum bedding block.
