Win M70 heavy varmint

A dealer I know has one of these guns in a 243, unfired new haven gun. It's all black gun, barrel isn't stainless like some you see. Anyone know what kind of value it'd be worth?

$500-$700 i would say. Have one of these. Bought it new many years back. Stayed in factory condition for about a day, then i turned it into a 6-284 with a new barrel. Recently i pulled the big 6 barrel off, fully blue printed the receiver and installed a new barrel chambered for the 284 win with a long throat to use as a fun long range practice rifle with extremely long barrel life. Loves the 180 gr eldm pills.

if its not a shooter, does not take much work to turn them into a fine shooter.

This particular gun still has the winchester sticker on the barrel. I have the exact gun in 22-250 and it'll shoot better than I can shoot.

Seems pretty high but then again primers are being sold for $200 per 1000 and people are buying them….
