Gun or bow?

One of the joys, or sometimes aggravations, of hunting turkeys is their goofy unpredictability at times. I do use decoys, and they work, but the oddest decoy success I have had occurred as I walked back briskly down a trail after taking a nice tom. From nowhere a very large tom flew from the forest and landed within five feet of me, evidently misconstruing the flopping wings of the turkey over my back as something he wanted more of!

I also took a coyote with my bow last year as he snuck my hen decoy.
