Where do you guys measure from to measure your grouping im normally shooting at a 1" circle at 100yds .222cal if three bullet holes form a triangle just touching the cirle line am i right in assuming its a 1" grouping as i seen something on here that suggested different
 
Group size is measured from center to center of the two farthest apart shoots. By your method it's 1"-.224"=.776"
Thats great news as i can sometimes get a ragged hole with three shots, Off grass on a bipod not a bench, but am i right to say someone shooting a 7mm again touching the line of the 1" circle would be classed as a smaller grouping
 
Center to center. Measure from opposite sides of the two holes farthest apart. That is true center to center not the try to eyeball it in the center of the hole.
If you have one ragged hole or even a clover leaf measure edge to edge at the widest point and deduct bullet diameter for center to center group size.
